A. Shipping costs and information:

We currently ship to Germany only.

I. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are 1,95 €; as soon as there is a textile stamp in the shopping cart, the shipping costs increase to 5,95 €.

From an order value of 20,00 € we ship free of charge.

II. Delivery information

Shipping and delivery times

The dispatch takes place within 3-5 working days, the delivery within 5-7 working days within Germany, for dispatch to other European countries the delivery can be delayed by 2-4 working days.

The stated shipping and delivery times apply when uploading a customer’s own artwork or sending all text and graphic artwork required for a media design or design proposals within one day of the customer’s order.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

III. self-collection

We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receipt of this e-mail, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address:
